With Groundhawk you map and document underground cable in the open trench.
It’s easy, let me show you how it’s done. First, you define the cable and protections such as pipes when you start the mapping.
Then you simply walk along the trench to 3D scan the cable and the trench itself.
If the cables or protections change in the trench you just update the cable configuration from that point onwards.
You can map cabinets and other point objects as well.
For every point that is mapped, Groundhawk automatically takes a photo and captures the exact location you are pointing.
When you finish the mapping, the data is processed into compatible mapping files and geotagged images in the cloud.
These can be reviewed by documentation and project management.
