His unique journey to film is built on a foundation of discipline, high-stakes access, and strategic business management. He is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and U.S. Coast Guard, and a dedicated father to a son currently enrolled at the University of Iowa (Go Hawkeyes!). Frank is also formally trained as an actor, having completed an intensive program at the prestigious Stella Adler Studio of Acting in NYC. He spent 15 years in real estate, including a notable tenure at SERHANT Realty where he worked alongside the cast of Netflix’s Owning Manhattan.

Crucially, Frank has deep, trusted ties to the celebrity and media world. He served as a highly trusted Senior Security Lead at Bloomberg Philanthropies, protecting Mike Bloomberg and interacting with top U.S. dignitaries. As Head of Security at elite NYC nightlife venues like Harlow, Frank managed high-profile events like the premiere party for the film Horrible Bosses, providing sole security for A-list gatherings that hosted stars such as Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, and Leonardo DiCaprio, alongside high-net-worth individuals and international elite.

Now, Frank is the Producer and Host of COPA: The Beat That Never Died, the first-ever film to reveal the complete, untold history of the iconic Copacabana nightclub.
