Two Brothers Alone in the Wilderness Episode 1 Escaping the city - Heavy rain on the river. After picking up my brand new Novacraft Canoe and a Birrowing a Toyota Tacoma i head up to my Brother Jim Bairds house where we outfit my canoe to accommodate a Northwater Sprey Deck and Jim's boat some air bags. We then load up and drive 10 hours to Naturally Superior Adventures on the North Shore of Lake Superior Canada the Largest Lake in the world. Form here our shuttle driver drops of off at out put in where we begin our journey down the Pukaskawa river East Branch to Lake Superior and Back to Naturally Superior Adventures in Michipicoten in the Wawa area.
We r greated with non stop rain. both at the put in and on the river. it makes for a soggy day but still an enjoyable one. after some small rapids and a Portage around some falls we set up camp and est a well deserved dinner.
