I found this abandoned 1970 Porsche 914 Targa sitting in a garage, forgotten for decades! Often called the "Poor Man's Porsche" or the "Volkswagen-Porsche," this unique mid-engine sports car is a polarizing piece of automotive history.
In this video, we rescue this dusty classic to see if it deserves the Porsche badge. The 914 features a removable Targa top, pop-up headlights, and an air-cooled engine derived from Volkswagen. But after sitting for so long, is the engine seized, or will this lightweight German sports car fire up again?
