If you’re new to my channel, my name is Nick Neville. I’m the founder of JustCoach, an online education company where we teach sports coaches how to achieve time and financial freedom by leveraging social media and online training. We've worked with over 250 sports coaches across 10+ different sports, and helped dozens of sports coaches make north of $10,000/month training athletes using hybrid and online training.

I use this YouTube channel to teach the lessons I've learned along my entrepreneurial journey, document the failures and successes, and what's working with our own clients in real time.

Born in Arlington, VA
3 Months After Birth: Moved to Guatemala City, Guatemala. First language was Spanish.
Age 3: Moved to Beijing, China.
Age 6: Moved to Sahaurita, AZ.
Age 8: Moved to Cave Creek, AZ.
Age 15: Moved to Burke, VA.
Age 18: Graduated high school and attended a post graduate year at IMG Academy.
Age 19: Enrolled at the University of Notre Dame. Hit .175 and transferred.
Age 20: Transferred to San Jac, a top 3 Junior College baseball program in Houston, Texas.
Age 21: Transferred to South Carolina. Hit .127 and got cut.
Age 22: Transferred to Southern Illinois University. COVID shut down my senior year.
Age 23: Came back to Southern Illinois and set a single season school home run record (it was broken the next year).
Age 23: Signed an independent baseball contract. Quit baseball on my 24th birthday after 10 days of playing.
Age 24: Moved to Scottsdale, AZ to pursue a career in mortgages.
Age 25: Started an online baseball training business with an old teammate. Quit my 9-5 job after doing $40,000 in the first two months.
Age 26: Scaled online training business to do $250,000 in sales in just 10 months. Partner and I split ways and lost a good friend.
Age 26: Started teaching coaches how to use social media and online training to train more athletes.
Age 27: Scaled education company to work with over 200 coaches across 10 different sports.

Today: I live in Scottsdale, AZ and have a great team, great clients, and I love what I do every day. It's my mission to help sports coaches achieve true freedom by reaching more athletes. I was once that young kid who needed help, but didn't have access to the people I wanted to. It's my turn to give back.

It's my goal that I can inspire others through the content I make to think bigger, dream, and never settle. After spending much of my life feeling like I would never be enough, hopefully I can show you that the only limitations we have in life are the ones we put on ourselves.
