Learn our tips and tricks to help you make the perfect cocktail at home or at the bar (when we can go back to them!). We’ll show you how to mix and balance the Sazerac, the world’s first concoction named the ‘cocktail’. We will share the best recipe tasted by hundreds of customers with %100 thumbs up.
We’ll also cover the history of this official New Orleans cocktail and it’s definitive ingredients. You’ll learn the stories about this special cocktail to impress your patron (please do it safely ;)) so you will see them again.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Rye Whiskey or Cognac
5 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
1 bar spoon of simple syrup
2 dashes or sprays of absinthe
HOW TO:
Chill small Old Fashioned glass, spray it with absinthe or swirl 2 dashes of absinthe, don’t discard.
Add the rest of ingredients to your mixing glass.
Stir until you reach adequate dilution (around 25 seconds).
Pour in to the glass, no ice. Garnish with lemon peel.
