1 bag of contractors seed - $99.00
1 Bag of all Green seed - $69.00
1 bag of fertilizer - $25.00
1 bag of neutralime - $32.00
1 container of Floc Lock - $26
4 Bales of hydro mulch - $20.00 each - $80.00 total

Rental of the machine - $267.00

Total time involved picking up, mixing, spraying, and returning unit..... maybe 6 hours

Total cost = $598 + 6 hours of time!! This was only about a 1/4 acre lot (or less). It gets much cheaper per acre the more acres you do at a time!
