It is a certificate that you will receive after every ESC volunteering project, Erasmus+ projects, Erasmus Internships and after training courses and seminars by the EU.
During your project, internship, or training course you will develop skills in many different areas. In the Youthpass, all the skills you have gained are summarised in form of 8 competences:
1. Personal, Social and Learning to Learn competence
2. Entrepreneurship competence
3. Multilingual competence
4. Digital competence
5. Literacy competence
6. Mathematical competence, and competence in Science and Engineering
7. Cultural Awareness and Expression
8. Citizenship competence
During your project, it is important for you to regularly take notes on what you have learned – the 8 competences will give you a guideline. Through that you will have a better overview and reflection on your learning process.
But this certificate does not only help you to reflect on your learning process. It can help you a lot with your future career. You can add the “Youthpass” to your CV and through that it will help you to find jobs or internship places.
