Joep Eikenboom presented these 5 exercises at a summer intensive for the Association for a Healing Education's (AHE) Education Support Program (ESP) training. These exercises come from the work of Dorothea Beigel, from Wetzlar, Germany. Her project is "Bildung kommt ins Geleichgewicht” (Education comes into Balance).
