Remove and replace rear lower bumper cover, which also entails removing the upper section of the bumper cover. Should be valid for SRX models from 2010-2016. Also check out other videos on YouTube for adding a trailer hitch to an SRX for just a bit more detail on removing that piece.
It's hard to find good how-to information for Cadillac's. I decided to do this since I could not find a single thing about how to remove the rear bumper cover on the internet in forums or elsewhere on YouTube. I hope you find it helpful if you take on the job yourself!
