Every few years this nonprofit called Afriforum brings a foolish lawsuit against Julius Malema for "hate speech" and waste Malema's time with a long, pointless trial. Afriforum is a South African non-profit that claims to fight for "minority rights," which just means a bunch of Afrikaners get together and whine about the fact that Apartheid is over and they lost. In this iconic clip, Malema is speaking generally about white people in South Africa and says "Your parents have given you a bad name." The Afriforum lawyer is so dull that he cannot even comprehend that it's an expression, and somehow thinks Malema is making fun of his specific name and his parents personally. Malema is so logical and smart, and so quick, that the Afrikaners are no match for his mind, whether in the courtroom or in a debate. Julius Malema for President!
