See at a glance how things are progressing across typical activities in your business. This video shows you how to use Statuses and Activity Templates together to handle a lead in the CRM element of the platform. You'll know by now that the suite is blended together so you can use exactly the same methods across multiple areas of the solution. Think how the application of 'templates' against the stuff your people do routinely can make sure that things are not forgotten or partially completed. You can do this full A to Z (soup to nuts) or you can pick out elements of your teams typical activities and build it up over time.
