Enjoy our roadtrip in Costa Rica! The beautiful flora and fauna, rainforest and mangroves in Tortuguero National Park at day and night with safari boat trips and jungle walks. Visit the relaxing town on the Caribbean coast, Porto Viejo de Talamanca, a beach lover's and surf paradise. Don't forget to go to Cahuita National Park! On the way to La Fortuna we visited the Tirimbina Rainforest and a Chocolate Tour. Highlights in La Fortuna are the Arenal Volcano National Park, the hot springs, the beautiful lake Fortuna and the La Fortuna waterfall. Who hours from La Fortuna, near the Nicaragua border, you can take a boat to explore the wildlife of the Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge. On the way to Rincon de la Vieja you find the beautiful Llanos de Cortés waterfall near Bagaces. Rincon de la Vieja is the perfect place for activity's like hiking, canopy, rafting, tubing, horse riding and rock climbing. The Rincon de la Vieja National Park park has a variety of wildlife, volcanic vents and geysers. After this we took the road to Monteverde where you walk in the cloud forest called Hanging Bridges, or a Canopy Tour in Selvatura Park! Or the Santa Maria's Night Walk! On the way to Manuel Antonio you can see a lot of crocodiles and birds in the Carara National Park in Tárcoles. Time to relax in Manuel Antonio and visit the National Park with the beautiful beaches. We end our roundtrip in Dominical. Here you can relax or surf on beaches like Playa Dominicalito & Hermosa and visit Uvita with Whale's Tale (Marino Bellena National Park).
Don't forget to hike to the Nauyaca waterfalls!!
