The trailhead for the Dinosaur Stomping grounds is located off North Klondike Road, 23 miles north of Moab, Utah. This area is home to over 2300 individual dinosaur tracks from the Jurassic Period.

There are many hikes to choose from near Moab Utah. The Dinosaur Stomping Grounds hike along the Mega Tracks trail will thrill young and old. This hiking trail takes you to the shoreline of the ancient Sundance Sea where there are hundreds of individual dinosaur tracks imbedded in the sandstone.
