Sharing an incredible happy mail haul of gorgeous antique laces that have arrived just in time for the start of Roxy’s Journal of Stitchery volume 4 Treasure Hunt project.
Some history about these pieces: they are from a lady whose parents were Antique Dealers and are the final pieces from a collection of hand made antique laces from the 1800s from France and England. They were brought over to Tasmania in the 1990s.
These will also be perfect to use in a range of slow stitch projects including a project I have on my list to create a fabric book of laces.
I hope you enjoy opening and exploring this package of delicious antique laces with me.
