Описание: The San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary is a man made wetland area in Irvine, California. It is located right next to the 405 freeway and Jamboree Road. The area used to be farmland and was also used for duck hunting. The area is now restored and is owned by Irvine Ranch Water District. The area is perfect for city birding and more than 260 species of birds have been recorded. Audubon society also has a chapter office in one of the buildings by the parking lot
