1st Team (Hop Ground Triple Stage) [00:00]
This stage doesn't have any rules, so you can use any methods at this stage.
Arc Suit Cynthia & Garchomp as the main attackers. Focus on attacking to get as many score points as possible. Her Striker EX Role is needed.
Red & Snorlax as the main supports. Using his TM to apply a Super Effective next effect to Arc Suit Cynthia & Garchomp.
Elio & Primarina as Sing Spammer.

2nd Team (Cheren Bug Single Stage) [03:33]
In this stage, the opponents reduce the damage taken when receiving SPECIAL DAMAGE!!! Using a Physical Attacker is effective.
Barry (Special Costume) & Heracross as the main attackers. Focus on attacking to get as many score points as possible. His Tech EX Role is needed to get high score points.
Viola (Holiday 2023) & Vivillon focus on the Bug Zone field caster by using her Sync Move. Her Tech EX Role is optional.
Barry & Roserade as Stun Spore Spammer.

3rd Team (Hau Ghost Triple Stage) [06:49]
In this stage, the opponent reduces the damage taken when they have no status conditions on them.
Sygna Suit Cynthia (Renegade) & Giratina as the main attackers. Focus on attacking to get as many score points as possible. Her Striker EX Role is needed.
Gardenia (Summer 2024) & Dhelmise focus on debuffing all the opponents' Special Defense and Ghost Zone field caster. Her Support EX Role is needed.
Colress & Klinklang focus on debuffing all the opponents' Physical Defense and spamming his Thunder Wave.

EXTRA NOTE
The only good Bug Physical right now for Damage Challenge are SC Barry and SC Ingo.
