This is the cheapest bass tone treble & Balance Control circuit by sammar electronics.
This kit works on C945 NPN transistors making it more cheaper yet useful because the music output is amazing.
The placement of stereo potentiometers is not so accurate or efficient and for that you have to do a little of labor work.
Overall, in this price tag, the circuit is fine and can be used in moderate applications.
The circuit works on single supply from 12V to 30V DC.
