Cybernetik’s Jerry Can Handling & Inspection System has a 99.9% uptime when handling empty and filled can variants in multiple sizes along dedicated lines. System throughput is up to 50 cans/min with less than 10 minutes changeover. Label conditioning enables proper, subsequent data scan of empty cans. Quality control rejects uncapped, unlabelled, disoriented, and wrongly labelled empty cans. For filled cans, another quality control rejects underweight cans that are accepted after correction filling.
