NOTE: On heights, I'd actually recommend the 7" (not the 9" as seen here). 9" just seems slightly too high, at least for my height (I'm 6'1"). You don't have to be perched up on Kilimanjaro to effectively get into the right position. Go for the shorter version.
NOTE: Be sure you can squat down with your feet flat. (similar to what you see Asian culture do) I've met some people who are not flexible enough to actually squat down all the way. It's almost as if their achilles tendon is too tight.
Pros:
Gets you in the perfect position for pooing
Make clean-up cleaner
Fit under my toilet (I live in a small house)
White so it matches my toilet. You barely notice it when walking into the bathroom
Cons:
Difficult to stop onto when you have your pants around your ankles. You almost have to take your pants completely off before using it.
