What Is Kosher Food And How Is It Made?

But the original meaning is a little different. „Kosher“ is a Jewish term used to designate things, especially food, that adhere to the rules of the Torah. In other words, it roughly translates to “pure”, or “allowed”. We went to a kosher restaurant to find out what exactly the traditional rules about food entail.
