The problem was, there was a power cut after our treatments so many of the facilities were out of use (sauna, steam room & jacuzzi).. for many hours. We waited for hours but the things we wanted were affected by this, which ruined our day, as we took time off and travelled so far to enjoy our day. We have fed this back to Trump and have still not had a response.
