Our Saigon Golf Trip began late at night, departing quietly from Cebu and touching down in Ho Chi Minh City just before morning. No rush, no spectacle—just a smooth transition from home to destination.
Flying out of Mactan–Cebu International Airport aboard Philippine Airlines, the mood inside the cabin was calm and anticipatory. Golf bags rolled beside us, conversations softened, and the lights of Cebu slowly disappeared beneath the wings.
Arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport was efficient and smooth, even in the early hours. Saigon greeted us with warm air, quiet movement, and a city that never fully sleeps. The drive into town revealed glowing streets, passing motorbikes, and a sense of momentum waiting to unfold.
This was not a dramatic arrival—but it was the right one. By the time we reached the hotel, fatigue mixed with excitement. Tee times were close. Courses were waiting. The journey had officially begun.
