I play a Magic the Gathering Online Legacy league with Banned Monsters Reanimator, a thought experiment from Patreon subscriber Titania. There is a school of thought out there that recent Reanimator targets are the problem with Reanimator. Atraxa and Archon of Cruelty provide a perfect 2-target set for the tempo reanimator decks to cover most situations. After all, Reanimator was fine for many years, is it these new monsters that broke it? I play stock Dimir Reanimator except I have to replace Atraxa and Archon with other targets and see how they fill in the gaps. Ban the monsters! MTG
