Gift Of Destruction (handshake)
1. With your right hand shaking and while standing naturally, hop (to 11:00), with your left foot as your right hand pulls your opponent's right hand to and past your right hip.
2. With the above action, simultaneously strike in and against the joint of your opponent's right elbow with your left heel palm as you deliver a right knee to his groin or stomach.
3. As you plant your right foot forward (to 10:00) and against the inside portion of
opponent's right knee, in a right neutral bow deliver a right inward horizontal elbow to the left jaw of your opponent, while checking his right arm down with your left hand.
4. Immediately slide your left foot counter clockwise (to 4:00) into a right neutral bow, with a right outward palm strike to his solar plexus as your left hand strikes with an outward heel palm and five finger claw to opponent's face. Have your right hand remain low and horizontal across his navel.
5. From your right neutral, execute a right upward stiff arm back-knuckle strike under your opponent's chin, converting into a right reverse back knuckle rake toward you while striking and breaking the bridge of his nose. Your left hand now drops into a low horizontal covering check.
6. With your right hand, strike down with a hammerfist to left hinge of opponent's jaw in
order to dislocate it.
7. While your strike is being executed and without loss of momentum, shift into a horse
stance (side horse facing 8:00) and deliver a looping downward hammerfist strike (with your right elbow anchored) to the upper abdominal area of opponent.
8. Right front crossover and cover out twice.
