These skills are going to be the basis of your gymnastics, so it is important that you practice them a lot and that you are confident doing them before progressing your gymnastics. Whilst the may seem easy, it is crucial technique is correct as these skills are what you will use to progress your gymnastics. So remember to always refer back to them.

It is also important to remember that whilst these skills are easy, you can still get hurt attempting them. So always do these skills safely.
