Hello guys, happy new month and we are starting it with these yummm Churros that I really love. A Very simple and quick snack to make at home and just gets ready in minutes with readily available ingredients. Ingredients:
-2 cups all purpose flour
-1 cup water
-1/2 cup unsalted butter
-2tbsp sugar
-1/4tsp salt
-4 eggs
-1 tsp vanilla essence
For the cinnamon sugar:
-1/2cup caster sugar
-1tbsp cinnamon powder
For serving:
melted chocolate or caramel sauce
