Fruit & Nut Parfait
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
1/2 cup fresh mixed fruit (berries, apple, mango, or banana)
2 tablespoons mixed nuts, chopped (almonds, walnuts, pistachios)
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Method:
Chop the fruit into bite-size pieces.
In a glass or bowl, add a layer of yogurt.
Add a layer of fruit, then sprinkle chopped nuts.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if using.
Repeat layers and finish with nuts on top.
Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes.
