I make my pickguards, mainly tele and strat out of genuine abalone or Paua abalone. This pickguard is made of white abalone I stained a dark royal blue.The iridescence is mind blowing.....not for the run of the mill customer, but rather for the guitarist looking to add a work of natures art to his tele or strat.
