5 eggs
1 cup broccoli
½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
½ cup low-fat shredded cheddar
Seasonings to taste
📝 Preheat oven to 325°F and lightly grease a silicone muffin tray. Steam broccoli until tender, then finely chop. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, broccoli, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups (about ¾ full).
