Описание: Tax-exempt nonprofits are normally exempt from filing a BOI report. If you are in revoked status, you may be required to file a BOI report. This video is an update on the status of the law as of 12/23/24. There is a very high likelihood that there will be changes between now and January 1. December 27th is likely to bring additional info, so be sure to visit Fincen.gov/boi after the 27th if this is an important issue to you.
