Over 12 years on, Pat is back again for Trailblazer number 5, as demand for his outdoor BBQ catering continues to grow.
What started as a chance to get staff out of the kitchen and enjoy a bit of summer festival work soon became an integral part of the business.
The Kitchen has found that private catering is their sweet spot. By using the Trailblazer BBQ to take their brand on the road, Pat has seen firsthand how mobile catering exposure drives new customers back to the cafe.
The versatility of the Trailblazer gives Pat flexibility across breakfast, lunch, and dinner events. While he mainly focuses on private parties for 40–50 guests, the Trailblazer still has the power to cater for larger festival crowds when needed.
