Late January can feel heavy. Cold days, low energy, and that weird “in-between” mood when the holidays are gone but spring is still far away.
So here’s our reset: Kitty-style.
This week is a mix of small wins and soft moments: a short walk in the snow to clear the head, slow cozy recovery on the blanket by my legs, a proper juicy raw meat treat, and a new DIY climbing corner I built from a carpet so Kitty can climb upward and feel strong again.
No pressure. No perfect routine. Just movement, warmth, and little sparks of joy that keep you going.
