My Recipe for the Bloom technique
Base paints are color to go by Sherwin Williams
Colors are mixed with Jo Sonja-Amazon
and Infinity untainted Housepaint by Sherwin Williams HGTV.
Consistency of your base paint should leave a 4 to 5 second trace when drizzled from a pop cycle stick
Colors should leave a 2 to 3 second trace
My white and black cell activators are mixed 3 parts Australian Flotroel to one part Amsterdam titanium white and oxide black. I use Golden heavy gel gloss to thicken my pigments if they are too thin
