Alex has had massive success after working several jobs and finally getting the business started that he is currently doing. Alex breaks down how he was able to build the marketing agency that he has built from hiring people to training people to finding the right sales people and the KPI's that make his business run extremely efficiently and highly profitable. Alex explains how there are several types of lead generation companies in the market place. The type that gives you leads aka the name and the phone number of the lead and you take the rest of the workload from there. The type that does live transfers and then you have what Alex has built which basically does everything for the Mortgage Broker or the Loan Officer. Alex explains how the sale is between the 7th and the 12th follow up and how they are able to handle those phone calls for the client. We also dive into Alex's story on a deeper more personal level and talk about relationships that have made him successful including his Fiance and so on.
