Late Summer Garden Harvest | Canning BBQ sauce, Pulling Onions & Rhubarb Berry Pie

Описание: It's the time of year when we reap the rewards of all our labor. With Autumn approaching quickly the onions and shallots get harvested, and hung up to dry along with the herbs for winter. We take advantage of the prolific rhubarb and wild rosehips for a tangy bbq sauce and while we are at it, we whip up a mixed wild berry and rhubarb pie to enjoy after marinated caribou heart tacos with fresh green onions and fermented hot sauce.
