Ingredients
0.83 lb ribeye steak
1/4 cup green/red belle pepper mixed
1/4 cup onion
egg roll wrappers
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Mrs dash steaks seasoning
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp water
provolone cheese
3 tbsp water and 1 egg to make the egg wash

SAUCE
4 tbsp apricot preserves
2 tbsp water
1 tsp ground ginger

fry egg rolls for about 4-5 minutes
