In this video, I will be showing you how to make this Amazing Kunduth Dosa. This is super tasty and is quite healthy for you. I made this with a Peanut Chutney, the video for that will come next, you can make it with any chutney you want. Please enjoy watching and making this super delicious Kunduth Dosa:)
Kunduth Dosa ingredients:
Some dessicated coconut
Garlic cloves - 4
Handful of shallots
Black peppercorns - 1½ teaspoons
Cumin seeds - 1½ teaspoons
Fenugreek seeds - 1½ teaspoons
(soaked in some water for 10 hours)
Some water
Urad dal - 2 cups (soaked in some water for 10 hours)
Red rice - 2 cups (soaked in some water for 10 hours)
Salt - 2 teaspoon (all together)
Bicarbonate of soda - ½ teaspoon
