Rudest front desk ever. Days Inn Valdosta,GA

Night Desk lady was rude from the start.
She literally ignore me until I took a picture. She never made any effort to get up. Or acknowledge a guest was waiting for assistance. There no sign at the window that say the door is unlock. She inform me that the door was unlock after I took a picture. This was around 12- 1 am Will be complaining to my Job about this.

**Also please notice between the video and picture: the video show comer of plexiglass. She took off the middle panel and started look around her counter for something. That when and why I started video recording. The picture of her ignoring me show no plexiglass panel on floor.

Backstory:
Job called me said freight was ready, So I attempted to get her attention She ignored me and I left my key card in window slot. when I came back 45 mins later change of plans with freight would be waiting another 10hr.Was told to book another night. The Clerk was in that same spot and position when I came back ,attempted to get her attention I waved and waited nothing So I took a picture to attach to my review I was going to leave. finally she started talk with me and told me the door unlock.

***Also I Only notice I left my Driver license and ClC card ; when I arrived and needed to book another night. That the only reason kept saying I need a key to 103 because that where I figure my driver lic and clc card would be. By end of the interaction found out I had left the items at counter from when The Afternoon male clerk assign me a room.

****Also I don't believe she is a racist just extremely rude person and that job is all about hospitality.

Place is alright for a 2.5 hotel. Had better front desk service during the afternoon

Book a stay across the street at the Hampton Inn.

p.s: I didn't throw the key in the slot.I placed it there.When she failed to come to the window.
