Classic style with a cottagecore influence has been a big part of my aesthetic, and I wanted my travel wardrobe to capture that same energy while keeping practicality in mind

first, I thought about the destinations and activities we had planned. For London, I knew 1 needed versatile, comfortable outfits for days spent exploring the city, walking through neighbourhoods, and sightseeing. Layers were essential, so I packed a mix of cozy knits, breathable blouses, and classic accessories like scarves. The weather in the UK is pretty unpredictable, so having pieces I could layer was key

for the English countryside, I wanted a wardrobe that felt romantic, yet functional.
Flowing skirts, soft sweaters, and vintage-inspired dresses were my go-to. I made sure to pack pieces that would keep me warm during our countryside walks but still give off that nostalgic, dreamy vibe I was looking for. Think lots of earthy tones, textured fabrics, and sturdy boots!

of course, comfort was a top priority, especially since we spent a lot of time walking. I planned my outfits around practical footwear-warm, waterproof Chelsea boots, classic, comfortable Mary Janes, and stylish, academia- inspired loafers from @poppybarley to round out the capsule. All fit the vibe I was looking for, but still comfortable enough for a full day of exploring
