Head to head clean tone test with my two John Mayer tribute guitars. The Black1 and the 64' strat are probably my most favorite guitars at the moment. These can literally sound on par with my real Fender MIJ and MIM Strats!
These replicas are equipped with premium Fender parts and tried to get as close as possible with the Fender custom shop ones. The pickups for the Black1 are from Lollar and for the 64' Strat I installed the prewired pickguard from Fender custom shop with Texas specials.
