So immunity has the central theme in Ayurveda... it's very central theme because
the human body has a fantastic urge and also it has a fantastic ability to heal
itself provided that we give it the right kind of conditions which are favorable to its healing.

So anyone who wishes to have a better immunity is the ideal candidate for Ayurvedic therapies or Ayurvedic herbs or Ayurvedic methods of regime of lifestyle and food
habits.
