DIY Steel Bed Getting Prefect Alignment with my LightBurn Grid for the Ortur Laser Master 3

Описание: IS THIS THE ULTIMATE SPOIL BOARD?? - So after making this DIY STEEL BED it is now it was time to see if they would actually work like a dog bench and if they would actually line up as they are 2 separate pieces which could be an issue if I wanted my grid overlay in LightBurn to work. There was a couple of ways to make it work in my head at least.

At this point you even call this a spoil board. This video so fresh off the New Year and already few things that I ben cutting out has made lining up the workpieces with between LightBurn and the grid so easy.

But the real value is that you can make any template or jig any size you need. Basically just put a piece of wood down and cut 4 of the peg holes in board using the grid array. The peg down the wood with 4 pins and cut out your template.. Then wherever you move on the bed it will always line up with LightBurn. To me that is the best part of the Steel Bed.

You can think of it as a spoil board with a premade grid that lines up with grid in LIghtburn! And this spoil board is metal so it will not be spoiling anytime soon!
