The Foundation stone for the construction of the Pemakoe Mindrolling Gonpa was laid yesterday by His Holiness the 9th Minling Khenchen Rinpoche at Tuting, close to the Indo-China border in Upper Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh.
The Rinpoche and his entourage came from the Mindroling Monastery which is situated in Dehradun in Uttarakhand.
