Описание: Luckiest Girl Alive is a Netflix movie based on the true story of author Jessica Knoll. Starring Mila Kunis and Chiara Aurelia, the film shows both versions of the main character Ani Fanelli in high school and in her twenties. In this video, we’ll be going behind the scenes and talking about everything that went into making this movie happen. For starters, the film was made during peak Covid, so there were no in-person rehearsals. All the rehearsals and collaboration between the actors were done over Zoom. The only reason Mila Kunis was able to utilize her co-star’s performance was because she was a producer on the film and got to watch her dailies. Mila was able to pick up on little things that Chiara did and bring that into her own performance. This movie was a seven-year journey for Jessica Knoll, being new to filmmaking at the time, she had no idea how many drafts it would take to get the ultimate green light from everybody involved. One of the few things Jessica Knoll was super particular about was the wardrobe. She based the character’s looks on people she knew in the past, so the costume was particularly important, otherwise, the entire film was a major collaborative process. One of the big things that changed from bringing the story from the page to the screen was the ending. Mila Kunis fought for this new ending, though not everyone agreed with the change.
