Ginger - 1/2 inch
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf - 2
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 2
Clove - 2
Salt to taste
Onion - 1 big size
Tomato - 1 big size
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Dry red chilli - 2
Chopped coriander leaves
Dry kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
