How to escape from the Detonation Countdown in the Mind Control Facility - The Stanley Parable

Step 3's Explanation
During the detonation, The Narrator talks about the real buttons's placement, which is where he is sitting.
The Narrator is talking about the room in The Stanley Parable Demonstration, where you press the number "8".
In the demonstration, The Narrator acts like the "8" game is nothing but a waste of time, but this is actually his real control area during the main game.
Having the "8 guy" say the number "8" in the main game allows you to control his real control area using the keypad here in the Boss's office.

Step 4's Explanation
When the panel's emergency override kick in, this enables the real control area to allow access to the emergency exit gate.
The Narrator acts like nothing happened here, but when you try the Fake Escape Ending (the ending where you go through a long hallway and get smashed to death), The Narrator has a slightly different dialogue than usual.
When you're about to turn off The Stanley Parable in the museum, The Female Narrator also has a slightly different dialogue.

Step 7's Explanation
This is simply the code for the emergency exit gate, but there is one more button left before fully activating it.
In the office area before the 2 sets of open doors, there is a random paper littered on the floor with the code written on it by the Boss.
This may also appear in the Employee Lounge, or one of the rooms during the Confusion Ending (I think?)

Step 8's Explanation
Pressing the Big Red Button activates the emergency exit gate.
Pushing it at the right time (0:08:XX) is really important, though the reason for this is currently unknown.
This was also hinted by the Narrator during the countdown.

That is all!
I worked hard on finding out how to get this ending by simply looking at the code of the game itself.
The explanations were also stated there for some reason (maybe for William or Kevan?)

NOTE:
I didn't show the actual ending here in this video because I didn't want to spoil it!
It's one of the "real" endings and it's just as serious as the freedom ending, and the serious room.

The Domination Ending Explanation
When you go to the meeting room and look at the top of the first whiteboard, you can see a writing that says "R.I.P. France"
This explains a lot about the Domination Ending.
