IPO Overview: A 100% fresh issue of up to 27 crore equity shares with a price band of ₹1,065 to ₹1,119 per share, aiming to raise ₹30,213 crore at the upper band.
Issue Structure: There is no Offer for Sale (OFS), and promoter Reliance Industries (RIL) retains a 66.43% pre-issue stake. It includes special quotas of ₹2,500 crore for eligible RIL shareholders and ₹500 crore for employees with a ₹54 per-share discount.
Use of Proceeds: Up to ₹27,500 crore will be used to prepay outstanding debt of Reliance Jio Infocomm to strengthen the balance sheet.
Anchor Round: The anchor investor portion was oversubscribed by more than 30 times, drawing over ₹2.5 lakh crore in demand and raising ₹8,109.85 crore from global and domestic institutions.
