With only 4 ingredients this strawberry chia jam is healthy and easy to prepare.
You will need:
1. 5 cups fresh strawberries
2. 1/4 cup chia seeds
3. 1/4 cup maple syrup. You can use honey, date syrup or agave syrup)
4. 1/2 juice of a lemon
To a sauce pan Bring your strawberries, maple syrup and lemon juice to a slow bubble. Mash strawberries to desired consistency then add chia seeds. Mix well. Let cool, then add to your jar.
Keeps well in the fridge for 3-4weeks.
