The Place of Peace In Each of Us

Описание: In this guided meditation for inner peace Rupert takes us to the place of peace within. He shows us that that for which we truly long resides at the source of our longing and dissatisfaction.

He says we cannot really find this place of peace in ourself. Anything we find would be part of the content of our experience. We can only be this place of peace knowingly. And all that is necessary to be knowingly this peace is to let go of everything that is not essential to us.
When we have let go of everything that we are not, what we are simply shines by itself.

If we trace our longing or our dissatisfaction inwards towards its source, looking for the ‘I’ that is longing or dissatisfied, we never find it. In its place, we find the true and only ‘I’ of simply being or being aware. And having recognised that, we simply abide as that. And gradually its nature of peace and quiet joy impresses itself upon us.
